well, when the question of payment has come up on the audio games.net forum, 
Richard and co have stated the audio game maker will be free, and certainly 
nothing on the website indicates that things have changed in any way.

After reading the manual, it does appear to me that you can use the audio 
game maker on it's own to create audio games, no programming language 
knolidge required, which is very good for people like myself.
