Really? are there bracelets in the items you can get from random encounters?
Unfortunately, my charactor has managed to find a grand total of 0 rare items, which is weerd sinse she did manage to successfully track down the phantom assassin and crew. Beware, spoilers ahoy! the only bracelet I remember getting from an adventure is the Emerald bracelet you get for defeating Galgarak, get for defeating Galgarak, but it's entirely possibble that I am mistaken about this.
