The person in question here is probably dealing with a headset that works as 
its own sound device. The one I have does this. All that should need to be 
done is this. The user should go into the control panel, to sounds and audio 
devices, then to the audio tab. Look at the list boxes that show sound 
devices for playback and recording, and if the headset is there, set them to 
it. After that, everything should come through the headset. Hope that helps.
