Hi Jim I think it is great that someone has figured out a method of adapting the Monopoly game to be played in such a way. I guess for all intents and purposes by using some sort of chat tprogram then your games are indeed online. Thumbs up to whoever came up with the idea. Now thinking a little, a couple of other games come to mind that could work in the same fashion.
