I generally like programs that remember where they were and come back up in the same place, but now I have a UHD monitor at work, and if I'm at home with a remote desktop that is 1/4 the size, windows that remember positions sometimes remember they are entirely off the screen :-).
Is there any way in fvwm to override program provided positioning only when that would put the window entirely off the screen?
