It requires a lot of careful thought. Please search the mailing list archives for "documentation"---there's been a plethora of different ideas, and generally people saying "XYZ needs updating", etc. Note that when we say "updating", we don't mean "the man page is incomplete"---far from it. Rather, we note that certain things need better explanation.
