Recently fvwm stoped recognizing dragging with the mouse most of the
time, e.g. when trying to move windows it fails fairly often, behaving
as if I just clicked mouse instead of holding the button pressed while
moving it.
Any ideas who is responsible for this and how to troubleshoot? I don't
even know what to google for.
It seems that selecting text shows same problem so it's probably not fvwm.
