That is correct. FF is NOT well behaved.

OK, It seems that I have to use events if I want to achieve this.


HOWEVER. The possibility of a bug still stands... (I can MOVE firefox
to the specified position, PositionPlacement DOES work, just not BOTH
StartsOnPage AND PositionPlacement).
