Hi all,

When I start fvwm I start a bunch of applications (like firefox and
thunderbird) that I put on specific pages (using: Style "Firefox"
StartsOnPage 0 2 0, SkipMapping, StartsOnPageIncludesTransients,
StartsOnScreen p). Fvwm places this window flush to the left screen
border. I want to place the windows somewhat more to the right
(actually, what I want is windows of size 1461p by 933p at position
118p and 42p).

I now have the Style command (see before) to place them on the right
page and use a Key shortcut with ResizeMoveMaximize to put it in the
right place.
Neither firefox nor thunderbird accept the X11 -geometry option.
I have tried to include a PositionPlacement command in the Style:
Style "Firefox", StartsOnPage 0 2 0, SkipMapping,
StartsOnPageIncludesTransients, StartsOnScreen p, PositionPlacement
118p 42p. Which *does* place the window in the right position, but no
longer on the right page.

Am I missing something obvious or is this not doable with simple Style
commands of with a simple Function. (I suppose that there will be
someway to accomplish this using Fvwm

I am using the latest version from CVS ("fvwm 2.5.27 (from cvs)
compiled on Aug 9 2008 at 07:45:02")
