I have a similar issue with IntelliJ. As it loads a project, it steals
focus quite a few times and I keep ending up with random bits in my
code. If this does what I think it will, it'll prevent a good deal of
annoyance.

Just for clarification, what will "DestroyFunc UrgencyFunc" do exactly?
Does that prevent every application from focus stealing?

Thanks,
