Well maybe it's just me or my config, but I did try (yet again!) the
"Style * NoIcon" setting in combination with, say, "*FvwmTaskBar:
NoIconAction SendToModule FvwmAnimate animate", but it doesn't make
FvwmAnimate work.

In my experience, FvwmAnimate only works if there's an icon label or
an icon itself on desktop, or both.

It's a mystery to me, why gnome-panel makes it work, though.

Anyway, thanks for trying to help.

PS: Because my config is real complex right now, I can't rule out
there's some tricky or wrong setting somewhere that hinders
FvwmAnimate in some way. I'll try starting out with a minimal or empty
config, under another user account, and see if it helps.
