Failing sphinx.
This is somewhat of a bad thing that I don't seem to be able to fix
quickly. All I can say is that with verion 4.4.0 of Sphinx, the build of
the fricas html pages goes well. My failing build was with the current
version of sphinx 7.0.1 or something.
No idea what they have changed, but it seems that they are stricter with
testing the content and our ++ docstrings are not in rst format, so I
will probably have to either do lots of changes in the ++ docstrings or
do that automatically via api.spad. But first I would have the cause for
the issue.
Anyway. sphinx 4.4.0 still works and that is good for now.
So... download.rst and install.rst and order minor docfixes have to be done.
