The U.S. can't export enough Liquefied natural gas to displace Gazprom unless it cuts other customers off (South Korea, Japan, China).

If Europe could ride out Putin holding back natural gas by using its reserves, and the U.S. stepped in with more shipments, it could be devastating. And the U.S. could give European leaders the I Told You So treatment. The timing is bad for Russia, as spring is coming.
