when you use mri_gtmvpc, specify the structure(s) you want to rescale by
with --rescale Id1 <Id2...> where Id1, etc are the segmentation ids as
found in $FREESURFER_HOME/FreeSurferColorLUT.txt (note that they have
to be in the gtmseg.mgz file)
