I am implementing the recon-all-clinical pipeline on clinical MRI scans. I have done a test-run of around 70 T1-w clinical MRI scans. Processing of 9 out of 70 scans have failed. In almost all the failed processing scans, the pipeline stopped at the corpus callosum segmentation step.
