I have run nextbrain but I am not sure whether it is possible to have
the sTIV.
Please, I would need to know how I can compute:
1) histo atlas segmentation with the newest version of Nextbrain along
with segmentation-based total intracrainial volume (sTIV)
which commands shall I use? running all recon-all for that?
