External Email - Use Caution I have installed freesurfer on RHEL8. When I try to run the freeview, I get the following error:
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, wayland-egl, wayland, wayland-xcomposite-egl, wayland-xcomposite-glx, webgl, xcb. Aborted (core dumped) Any idea how to fix this? I have done the following: 1. export QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH=$FREESURFER_HOME/lib/qt/plugins 2. sudo yum install qt5-qtbase qt5-qtbase-devel Thanks!
