When you say that it doesn't work, what do you mean? I was able to run
your command line successfully in 7.1.1

mri_segstats --subject subjid --etiv-only
Doesn't work for FS7.1.1. Also the --etiv flag in mri_segstats doesn't
seem to work either. And the --etiv flag in asegstats2table.
I also tried figuring how its done in recon-all.log but just need the
eTIV and no other stats. Whats the best FS command to do this in FS7.1.1?
