Hi Freesurfer mailing list,

I have over 600 structural MRI images, across three time-points, for which
cross-sectional processing was completed on a Linux server using Freesurfer
v5.3. That server is now closing down and we need to process these images using
the longitudinal processing stream. Is it viable to process all of the
longitudinal base and long images on a different system using a newer version
of Freesurfer?

Kind regards,

Bronwyn Overs
