has been setup in the shell for the freesurfer commands to read.
Go to the URL below, fill out the form, and wait for license.txt to be emailed 
to the address you provided.

Download license.txt file,e.g. into your Downloads folder.   Then in 
bash or zsh you can do,$ cd $HOME… download license.txt from email into 
Downloads folder ...$ mv Downloads/license.txt .$ export 
FS_LICENSE=$HOME/license.txt$ head -1 $fs_license...@somewhere.com   
<—— email you used to registerYou can add the export command above into your 
shell init file so FS_LICENSE will be set when you launch a new terminal window.
