We resolve the problem using another computer. In our project we perform MRI registration of different subjects to create a template. After that we use a segmentation of the template to get some parts of the brain. However the segmentation result has some problems due to: 1. poor registration that creates a template with artefacts. 2. the registration is fine, but we are not segmenting correctly.
