External Email - Use Caution tksurfer has been deprecated and essentially replaced with tksurferfv bash shell script which runs freeview. But whether or not you run the front-end tksurferfv bash script or the freeview command directly, I’m not aware of an option whereby you can tell freeview to run tcl/tk scripts. My understanding is running tck/tk scripts as the -tcl switch allowed in tksurfer - is not supported in freeview. - R. - - - - -
$ tksurferfv --help This is a script that runs freeview with arguments like tksurfer.
