External Email - Use Caution Dear FreeSurfer experts, I would like to know if there is a command in FreeSurfer that can help me measure the distance (in voxels or mm) between a lesion mask and the closest voxels in the ribbon after applying recon-all to T1 images. Thanks for your advice
