Hi Eva,

The error is "gauss_4dfp: error while loading shared libraries:
libquadmath.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".

Objet : Issues at the "tailarach_avi" transformation step of recon-all

Dear Freesurfer Developers,

I am currently running recon-all on a UNI scan. This scan has already been
partly preprocessed by a script called "presurfer". This presurfered scan
should work with recon-all (and it indeed works for my colleagues). However, I
have systematically an error when I try to run recon-all on those files.

The error says:
"talairach_avi log file is transforms/talairach_avi.log...
Error:mpr2mni305 failed, see transforms/talairach_avi.log
Command exited with non-zero status 1".

I attached you the talairach_avi.log and the recon_all.log files.

  1. Freesurfer version:
freesurfer-linux-ubuntu22_x86_64-7.4.1-20230614-7eb8460
  2. Platform: Unbuntu 22.04
  3. Recon-all.log: attached
Best wishes,
Eva Hensenne
