External Email - Use Caution

I am Oscar. Recently I am using FreeSurfer for fMRI data analysis. A
license is required yet I could not get the
license.txt from my e-mail. After filling the form from

error occured (see below). Is there something wrong for my internet? Or what
could I do to get the license?
