Freesurfer experts,

I have some surface data (say thickness) that I'd like to correlate with a
neuropsyche measure (so one value per subject, a continuous variable)

This is complicated, though, by the presence of a (discrete) covariate that
splits my cohort up into three groups (for ease of explanation, say the groups
are: young, middle, old).

I'm hoping to use mri_glmfit to see where the neuropsyche is a significant
predictor of thickness while controlling for the group effect, but I'm
struggling to set up the contrast / fsgd matrix

Is there a way to accomplish this in mri_glmfit?

thanks so much for your help!
