External Email - Use Caution
Can you load the wmparc along with the surface in freeview? Also send
the recon-all.log file. Is it possible that you ran recon-all several
times on this subject? Eg, the surfaces might not have been good in that
chunk, so you fixed them and reran, but maybe you did not rerun it all
the way and the wmparc does not reflect the update.

Looking at the wmparc.mgz file, there is a chunk in the top right
frontal region that does not show up as part of the segmentation. I
figured I needed to add control points through Freeview in case the
chunk was not included as part of the brain. However, in Freeview it
shows it included in the segmentation. Images attached show the brain
in 3Dslider where the chunk is not segmented, and Freeview showing
rl/lh.white and rl/lh.pial overlayed.
