Dear developers,
I am writing to report an issue I encountered while running recon-all on some
subjects. Specifically, I received an error message stating "error: freadFloat:
fread failed" for several of the subjects.
Starting surface-based mapping
Reading source registration
/arc/project/3T/fsaverage/surf/lh.sphere.reg
error: freadFloat: fread failed
error: freadFloat: fread failed
...
I am wondering if any of you have experienced this issue before, and if so, I
would greatly appreciate any recommendations on how to proceed with resolving
it.
