I’m wondering what the first line is in your /usr/local/freesurfer/bin/
asegstats2table
/usr/bin/env python

python asegstats2table –subjects … --tablefile …
python /usr/local/freesurfer/bin/asegstats2table –subjects … --tablefile …
- this worked for me.

Your suggestion worked for me, thanks!
