Hello Freesurfer,
I am trying to run recon-all on a dataset, and a subset of appear to have
problems with the Talairach registration.
I believe that I should be able to check the Talairach registration, using this
command:
tkregisterfv --s $sub_id --fstal
Since I have not run autorecon2 yet, I leave out the --surf orig flag as
instructed here:
https://secure-web.cisco.com/1E3SjeefPDGlY-lL_zyf9V-NZPo_CP1Sa0NhDEJXmEjb3hzi3mWb8oXbMmorSWWiThOgToL-O54qaX8Om7Y9gc6FQtbVxd6hOvuVA6O-wciN3cH61deauEcf7CDMCw1j1sDrFNsE8JOnlCs7JBnGm0RX8f1jhfbwh_Axblj1wX40vU6tSLtCOxabx6ItThrB6bBKvhz6R7qjKpW9Yg1AtkANocG6xOitKwEBLFwPzk_ivMXxbrL1oJWNowGh5PryqI_cEA8RfSj4DxqMv0J7z06DGxFJy6H33ctdvxGrCSC28EFpLgi7FClr139Wb3zJSc4zugc2ZolZZ1B0rC81XGg/https%3A%2F%2Fsurfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu%2Ffswiki%2FFsTutorial%2FTalairach_freeview
However, the command still throws an error because it cannot find "lh.white".
How do I check Talairach registration before running autorecon2?
Best,
Peter J. Kohler
