Hi Eszter We provide estimates of architectonic boundaries like 1, 3a, 3b, 2 etc… as label maps in each subject’s label dir. They are either unthresholded (and have the estimated probability of being in that area for all vertices with p>0) or thresholded so that the label has the average surface area for that BA. We don’t estimate the internal topography though, so you’ll need to figure out where the face is mapped within that. Maybe intersect it with some fMRI maps?

I am wondering how I can do that? First, I picked and looked at the postcentral gyrus and sulcus, but I am specifically interested in the face area. Is there a way to make my analysis more accurate? I am using Freesufer 7.1.1 Thank you for your answer! I greatly appreciate it. All the best, Eszter Boros
