External Email - Use Caution Hi there,
I am attempting to perform the recon-all command for my T1 nii file. When I run the recon-all command I get the following error message: ERROR! FOV=288.000 > 256 Include the flag -cw256 with recon-all! Inspect orig.mgz to ensure the head is fully visible. I am seeking some support to overcome this issue - I understand this would include the flag -cw256.
