External Email - Use Caution Hi,
I run recon-all process for a subject's T1 data. At the end, the pial files are 0Kb and I cannot open them from python. What would be the problem here? Also, is there any difference between pial file and pial.T1 file? I will be happy if you can answer. Best, --Muhammed
