Hi Elizabeth - Have you tried running this with the latest version (7.2)? It 
looks from the log file like you used 6.0. The tutorial and other info on the 
wiki apply to the newest version only. Let us know if you are still having this 
issue.

I ran recon-all on a group of three subjects, followed by trac-all -prep

This process exited with errors: Segmentation fault

Original DWI and T1 images appear normal, with no large distortions or missing 
voxels.

My configuration file and trac-all.log are attached below.

Any guidance is appreciated!
