External Email - Use Caution Hello Experts,
I am using Tracula to analyse the white matter tracts of the cerebellum. I saw that the atlas has the Middle cerebellar peduncle<https://secure-web.cisco.com/1RU8MdA4Yds_PepNEq52WWjK8jWdz6oYfoTgR9zPaeseQLKNH5DdDAzr1zPmw7965g9YJ36Q7g_Ji0ypM_gONg0Yuc__2ihl6o1jQDaskTOPp6Lvr0KQUNuy-iddvTMnkrwViMHazL7tAvNuJiO5TNLvW7Tx--PyXBtsmBwABS80wE6lSy-TS_0nFf7kvJJ6sMGvbvYx2SB22ziJDrhN3pEtpRxCxrGIRmadKv9W0-4r5ME3H9Ra80nkwA_eLgp6Y5UEw6P4RC_bkd3e_KYSOOw/https%3A%2F%2Fdmri.mgh.harvard.edu%2Ftract-atlas%2F%23mcp>, does it also have the other 2 major white matter tracts of the cerebellum: inferior (ICP), and superior cerebellar peduncles (SCP)? If not how can I go about using tracula for the analysis of these white matter tracts? Thanks for your help! Regards, Akila
