Hard to say without the recon-all.log file, but my guess is that something is wrong with one of your surfaces. Load the surfaces in freeview and see how they look

This is true for cross-sectional, base, and long processing steps in my machine. I have seen an email relating to this issue before, but I wasn’t able to access the attachment file which would fix the problem. I was wondering if you guys would be able to help?
