External Email - Use Caution we contact you for some problems in the group analysis using MrisPreproc script (freeSurfer). We followed all the instructions provided in the Andy's Brain Book, Tutorial 8. We first downloaded the shell script runmrisPreproc.sh, but when we try to run by typing "tcsh runMrisPreproc. sh ......Study" (we named our study TleStudy with two groups, HC vs TLE), two kinds of error come out. The first is "Expression Syntax" (look at the attached n.1), the second is "command not found".
