I have done a between group (2 groups) difference in whole brain voxel based cortical thickness using QDEC, which showed significant regional differences in certain clusters bilaterally in the brain. I also did a correlation between cortical thickness and behavioral scores separately in these two groups. Now, I want to superimpose regions (clusters) which showed positive and negative correlation on the results/ regions I obtained in my between group analysis. How can I do this? Thanks in advance!
