If it is just 1mm3, then you can use the standard recon-all, but it is
not guaranteed to work on the UNI or INV1 or INV2

-rwxr-xr-x@ 1 rootwheel323951 Apr 18 10:29 recon-all.v6.hires
I tried to run
recon-all.v6.hires -all -s <foldername> -i <.nii> -conf2hires
ERROR: cannot find conf2hires
