That in and of itself is probably not problematic as it is in the medial wall.
But I'm a little worried that the subcortical segmentation is not accurate. Can
I take a look at the subject? You can get it to me with:

>From the linux command line,
Create the file you want to upload, eg,
cd $SUBJECTS_DIR
tar cvfz subject.tar.gz ./subject
Now log into our anonymous FTP site:
ftp surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu
It will ask you for a user name: use "anonymous" (no quotes)
It will ask you for a password: use "anonymous" (no quotes)
cd transfer/incoming
binary
put subject.tar.gz
Send an email that the file has been and the name of the file.

        External Email - Use Caution

Dear Freesurfer Developers,

In one of our recons I'm seeing that the right lateral ventricle is partially
excluded from the white matter and pial surfaces (screenshots attached). The
aseg.mgz has no label for the omitted region. We are using v6.0.

What is recommended for fixing this type of error? Filling in the wm.mgz where
the omission is?

Thanks in advance,

Rachel
