External Email - Use Caution Hello,
Is it possible to run TRACULA on baby/children brain scans? If so how would one go about doing this? Could I just change set mnitemp = $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_1mm_brain.nii.gz to a different baby/child atlas? If not how would I go about this?
