External Email - Use Caution Hi Bruce,
I mean cortical, as many grey matter regions were not accpunted for in the segmentation: parietal lobe...I do not know how to edit them, where to make the changes and save them and re-run the appropiate command. I think I uploaded one image a month ago so you could give a quick look to the problem. Thank you, Rosalia El vie., 11 ene. 2019 12:30, Bruce Fischl <fis...@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu> escribió: > Hi Rosalia > > do you mean cortical or subcortical?
