Hi! I have done twice the analysis of amygdala segmentation (dev 7 version) with exactly same way. The volumes do not correspond each other and there is approximately 2mm3 difference in volumes randomly in either direction.
Is this normal or is it something to do with the dev 7 version? Should I be worried? Thank you!
