Hi Marissa – Those things are not all required simultaneously. You should either specify a single file (if it’s the same for all scans you’re processing) or a list of files, but not both at the same time.
As far as errors go, there’s no way of guessing what’s going on without seeing the error. Please send the trac-all.log file and your config file if you want help troubleshooting. Could you give me an example of what the bval list and bvec list would look like?
