Bruce, Thanks for the input. We use a 32 channel head coil with two elements: an anterior one, and a posterior one. Thus, half of the coil was inactive. I ran the subject through the standard recon -all just to see what happened, and it looks like there were some significant errors (see attached image as an example). I will have to try it with anterior control points on and see if we get a better result. In the end, it looks like we may just have to bring this subject back in to re-do the scan.
