Subject: Question: how to smooth and transform into a template
Hello FreeSurfer Developers,
I read a sentence in a paper associated with Free Surfer as following:
Before statistical evaluation, cortical thickness maps were smoothed
with Gaussian Kernel (10 FWHM).
That mean "Smooth2 (?h.smoothwm)" in individual steps, is it right?
Please, tell me how to smooth by a Gaussian Kernel of 10 FWHM.
In addition, I read a sentence as following: To compare cortical
thickness between groups, the cortical surfaces of all subjects were
transformed into a group template surface space.
Please, tell me how to transform into a group template surface space.
1) FreeSurfer version: 6.0
2) Platform: CentOS release 6.8
