I'm sorry but it not clear to me. There are 2 factors, 2 levels, while I have 1
Factor, 4 Levels
In particular, have I looked to difference between Group1+Group2 vs
Group3+Group4?
Is it correct 0.5 -0.5 0.5 -0.5?
Thanks

Stefano
