Dear Freesurfer experts,
I am new to using freesurfer and was wondering if anyone could explain to me the difference in output generated by BrainSegVolNotVent and BrainSegVolNotVentSurf. I am aware that BrainSegVolNotVent refers to the Brain Segmentation Volume Without Ventricles and BrainSegVolNotVentSurf refers to the Brain Segmentation Volume Without Ventricles from Surf. However, I am unsure of what exactly this means and was wondering if anyone could explain this to me or point me to documentation explaining this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
