Dear experts, I have a question regarding Freesurfer- LGI error I got during running LGI after all recon steps been ran with no problem. Attached you could see the error.
The error is ...Undefined function or variable 'ismac' - matlab is expecting that variable to be defined (it's trying to detect the OS, whether Linux, windows/ Mac), but it isn't. I appreciate if you give me your advice on this issue. Thanks, Aral
