Dear Freesurfer + CUDA users,
I am trying to run cuda-enabled recon-all procedure.My system is Ubuntu 14.04,
NVIDIA M4000, with freesurfer stable beta 20161028 + CUDA 8.0 driver.
I get the error message like below.
$ recon-all -all -s DEP030 -use-gpu
